Job Description:
- Engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and product expertise to create memorable shopping experiences.
- Promote, sell, and upsell luxury eyewear and accessories to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support optometrists by preparing frames, lenses, and accessories for customers as needed.
- Provide accurate product information on lens types, frame designs, and aftercare services to customers.
- Maintain accountability for stock received, displayed, and sold, ensuring accurate records in sales systems.
- Ensure that all products are attractively displayed in line with Opticka Vision'sluxury visual merchandising standards.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and reflective of a premium luxury environment.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate to the optometrist or supervisor where required, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Accurately document sales transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales records.
- Assist in periodic stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory with system records.
- Collaborate with team members and optometrists to provide seamless service delivery to clients.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement activities within the store.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, lens technology, and eyewear fashion trends to better serve clients.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury or high-end retail will be an advantage
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills for handling transactions and stock.
- Basic knowledge of eye care products and optical accessories (training will be provided).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Professional appearance and grooming consistent with a luxury retail brand.
- Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and retail management software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a recognised institution
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail sales.
- Must have completed NYSC
Salary
