Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to act as the primary driver of revenue and customer acquisition in our target territories. In this role, you will be on the front lines, identifying new opportunities, promoting our suite of products/services, and onboarding customers to ensure long-term growth. This is a high-impact position for a self-motivated professional who thrives on meeting targets and expanding market share through persuasive communication and strategic territory management.
Requirements:
1. Customer Acquisition & Onboarding
Direct Sales: Identify, pitch, and convert prospects into loyal customers through active field or digital sales activities.
Seamless Onboarding: Guide new customers through the initial setup or purchase process, ensuring they understand the full value of the company’s offerings.
Promotion: Actively market the company’s products and services, highlighting competitive advantages and solving customer pain points.
2. Territory Management & Growth
Market Expansion: Analyze the assigned territory to discover untapped areas and potential high-value clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas to drive the company’s overall revenue goals.
Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company in your local area, maintaining a professional image and building local trust.
3. Performance & Reporting
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized record of prospects, calls, and meetings to ensure no lead goes cold.
Feedback Loop: Provide regular updates to management on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.
