Job Description:

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling travel products and services - including tour packages, flights, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance - while delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on suitable travel destinations, packages, and itineraries
  • Sell domestic and international tour packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and related travel services
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare quotations and tailor travel packages to meet client needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, and basic travel documentation
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, clients, and payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • Good knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a persuasive approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, targets, and deadlines
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, email, MS Office)
  • Prior experience in travel sales is an added advantage.
