Job Description:

• We are recruiting a Sales Representative for a reputable Civil and Construction Engineering Company based in Ikeja, Lagos.
• The role involves promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in line with company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Lagos market and business environment.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic sales reporting tools.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience selling construction materials or engineering services is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in a construction, engineering, or related industry.
