Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Direct Sales Executive to drive our subscriber growth. This is a field-based role for a "closer" who thrives on direct interaction and has the resilience to build a customer base from the ground up. You will be the face of our internet services, responsible for identifying prospects in residential and commercial hubs,
Requirements:
1. Territory Mapping & Prospecting
Active Sourcing: Identify and approach high-potential customers within assigned territories, including residential estates, SMEs, and commercial clusters.
Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of prospects through consistent daily outreach and networking.
2. Field Activations & Direct Sales
Direct Marketing: Execute door-to-door marketing and participate in field activations/roadshows to create immediate brand awareness.
Technical Advocacy: Educate potential clients on the technical benefits of our internet services, including speed, reliability, and competitive pricing tiers.
Conversion: Lead the customer through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to active subscriber.
3. Performance & Relationship Management
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas to drive company revenue.
Retention Strategy: Maintain strong relationships with onboarded customers to ensure high retention rates and encourage referrals.
Reporting: Keep meticulous records of sales activities, lead status, and customer feedback using internal CRM tools or trackers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Professional Background
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Sales DNA: A proven track record in direct sales, field marketing, or telecommunications is a major advantage.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for the average customer.
Resilience: High physical and mental stamina for outdoor field activities and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Customer-Centric: A natural ability to build rapport and trust with strangers quickly.
Self-Starter: Highly disciplined and able to manage a daily sales route with minimal supervision.
