Job Description:
Starzij Realtors is a growth-focused real estate advisory firm, and we are looking for a Closer. This isn't just a sales role; it’s a position for a high-performance professional who understands the nuances of sales psychology and the art of managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs). You won't just "show" houses—you will architect deals, overcome complex objections, and move prospects from curiosity to commitment. Requirements:
1. Full-Cycle Sales Mastery
End-to-End Management: Own the entire sales funnel, from lead qualification and conversion to contract execution and after-sales relationship management.
Lead Conversion: Expertly navigate both warm and cold leads, utilizing psychological triggers and value-based selling to turn inquiries into revenue.
Inspection Leadership: Schedule and lead property inspections, transforming physical tours into immersive sales experiences.
2. Strategic Relationship Management
HNWI Liaison: Confidently manage high-value clients, landlords, and developers, acting as the professional bridge that ensures smooth transactions.
CRM Governance: Maintain meticulous records within our CRM, ensuring data-driven follow-ups and long-term client retention.
Omni-Channel Professionalism: Provide elite-level service across all communication channels—phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored sales plans to consistently hit and exceed aggressive monthly targets.
Abuja Market Intelligence: Leverage deep knowledge of Abuja’s real estate landscape (added advantage) to advise clients on investment potential and neighborhood value.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Proven Tenure: 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket sales (e.g., luxury cars, high-end consulting).
Closing Mastery: A track record of "closing" deals, not just generating leads.
Local Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Abuja real estate market is highly preferred.
Core Competencies
Psychological Savvy: Deep understanding of persuasion, negotiation tactics, and sales psychology.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be articulate and polished.
Resilience: Ability to work under high pressure and follow a structured, rigorous sales process.
