Job Description:

• Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Procurement: Purchase goods and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and services.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and negotiate better prices.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Supplier Management: Ability to develop and manage supplier relationships.
• Technical: Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in purchasing, contract management, and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Certifications: Certifications like CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) can be advantageous.
