Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager specializing in structural elements to lead our construction and site development initiatives. In this role, you are the strategic anchor for our physical expansion, responsible for transforming acquired sites into operational assets according to world-class standards. From overseeing the integrity of tunnels, culverts, and bridges to managing the technical rollouts of QSR (Food Industry) facilities, you will balance structural expertise with elite project management. Requirements:

1. End-to-End Project Governance

• Technical Feasibility: Define project scopes and objectives, ensuring that architectural proposals and structural drawings are technically sound and aligned with stakeholder goals.

• Resource Orchestration: Manage the allocation and availability of internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless site execution.

• Lifecycle Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project work plans (Gantt charts) to track milestones, manage change orders, and ensure delivery within budget.

2. Structural Oversight & Contractor Diplomacy

• Site Development: Responsible for the structural integrity of all developments, ensuring compliance with standards for culverts, tunnels, and complex building frames.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Negotiate with contractors and consultants, acting as the primary bridge between technical partners and senior management.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, using verification techniques to measure performance and analyze goal completion.

3. Risk Management & Legal Compliance

• Statutory Adherence: Ensure all site acquisitions and developments comply with territorial judgments, statutes, and regional building laws.

• Risk Mitigation: Perform proactive risk assessments to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

• Internal Controls: Enforce 100% compliance with company policies, approved processes, and internal control systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Pedigree

• Education: Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or a related structural field. (Post-graduate degree is an added edge).

• Experience: 5–6 years of experience specifically in structures (Tunnels, Bridges, Culverts, etc.).

• Industry Context: Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the Food/QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry processes is highly valued.

• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
