Job Description:
Flutterwave is seeking a high-caliber Enterprise Marketing Manager to architect the demand generation engine for our most significant business segment. This is a revenue-locked role designed for a strategic marketer who understands that winning a Tier-1 bank, a global airline, or a regional retail giant requires more than just a pitch deck—it requires a narrative.
You will own the enterprise pipeline, bridging the gap between high-level brand awareness and the granular, relationship-driven world of B2B sales. If you have the "industrial-strength" marketing experience to navigate 12-month sales cycles, influence C-suite decision-makers, and simplify complex infrastructure into business-critical value, we want you to lead our enterprise growth across Africa.
Requirements:
1. Market Intelligence & ABM Strategy
Strategic Segmentation: Identify and prioritize high-value verticals and "must-win" accounts across the African landscape.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design bespoke marketing plays for individual large-scale prospects, ensuring Flutterwave is positioned as the only viable infrastructure partner.
Competitive Moating: Track shifts in buyer behavior and competitive moves to ensure our enterprise value proposition remains undisputed.
2. Pipeline Acceleration & High-Touch Events
Executive Engagement: Own the strategy for roadshows, C-suite roundtables, and industry forums that place Flutterwave in the room with senior decision-makers.
Sales Enablement: Arm the sales team with "battle cards," vertical-specific case studies, and thought-leadership assets that move deals through the funnel.
Integrated Demand Gen: Execute webinars and strategic partnerships that nurture leads from initial awareness to qualified opportunities.
3. Narrative Engineering & Trust
Credible Storytelling: Translate complex payments API infrastructure and regulatory compliance into clear, business-focused narratives for CEOs and CFOs.
RFP Excellence: Ensure every proposal and enterprise touchpoint reflects Flutterwave’s position as a secure, world-class technology leader.
Governance & Privacy: Ensure all marketing activities uphold the highest standards of data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Pedigree
Experience: 7–9 years in Enterprise, B2B, or Growth Marketing. A proven track record of influencing large-scale corporate buying units is non-negotiable.
Event Mastery: Demonstrated success in planning high-stakes executive engagements and regional roadshows.
Sales Synergy: Deep experience working hand-in-hand with sales leadership to meet aggressive revenue goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Core Competencies
Strategic Simplification: The ability to make "hard tech" sound like "smart business."
Data Fluency: Comfort using CRM and analytics data to measure ROI and pivot strategies.
