Job Description:
1. Content Creation & Knowledge Management
Technical Writing: Develop high-quality written content, including project reports, policy briefs, business proposals, and professional presentations.
Knowledge Repository: Support documentation and knowledge management processes, ensuring that all project insights are captured and archived effectively.
Marketing Support: Assist in drafting company profiles, pitch materials, and research-backed digital content to support business development efforts.
2. Project Coordination & Tracking
Project Planning: Assist in the initial planning and scoping of projects, helping to define timelines and resource requirements.
Deliverable Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, tracking deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Bridge: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating smooth communication and timely output delivery.
3. Administrative & Proposal Support
Reporting: Support the preparation of regular project status updates for management and clients.
Business Development: Assist in conducting research for new proposals and refining pitch materials to win new contracts.
Systems Management: Maintain project tracking tools and ensure all digital workspaces (Google Workspace/MS Office) are organized and up to date.
Requirements:
Organization: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to tailor tone for different audiences.
Detail-Oriented: A "quality-first" mindset with high attention to detail in editing and formatting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or Development Studies.
Writing Portfolio: Strong, demonstrable skills in professional report writing and content creation.
Coordination Skills: Basic to intermediate understanding of project management principles (e.g., Gantt charts, milestones).
Technical Proficiency
Standard Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Cloud Collaboration: Expert use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
PM Software: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com) is a significant advantage.
