Job Description:

• Web Development & Maintenance: Build and manage responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP. Oversee security, backups, performance optimization, and regular plugin audits.

• SEO Strategy & Growth: Lead keyword research and on-page optimization to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and global brand visibility.

• Multi-Channel Content Publishing: * Audio: Manage podcast distribution across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Spreaker, and Telegram.

  • Video: Execute YouTube optimization (long-form & shorts) including metadata, tags, and custom thumbnails for multiple brand channels.

• App Development Oversight: Collaborate with external developers to manage the Prayer Watch App lifecycle, from development to deployment on major app stores.

• Analytics & Performance: Use data-driven insights to track traffic and engagement across all platforms. Provide monthly reports and use findings to pivot platform strategies for better growth.

• Technical Support: Act as the primary backend support during high-traffic events, campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements:

• Digital Publishing: Proficiency in managing YouTube Studio, podcast hosting platforms, and mobile app deployment workflows.

• Project Management: Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while meeting strict deadlines for content uploads.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the Media Director, Social Media Manager, and Content Strategists.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Mastery: Proven experience in website administration with strong WordPress proficiency and basic coding skills (HTML/PHP/CSS).

• SEO & Analytics: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, Google Analytics, and SEO-aligned content structuring.
