Job Description:

Engineering Delivery & System Design

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full development lifecycle—from architectural design and prioritization to implementation, release, and post-deployment support.

• Fullstack Development: Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring every feature is shipped reliably, on time, and to a high standard.

• Architecture Evolution: Contribute to system design decisions that evolve the platform’s scalability without introducing unnecessary complexity or delivery friction.

Platform Integrity & Compliance

• Security & Performance: Ensure the platform remains secure and performant by contributing to robust monitoring, alerting, incident response, and disaster recovery practices.

• Regulated Delivery: Navigate the complexities of a compliance-driven environment, ensuring all technical decisions align with banking regulatory frameworks and data privacy standards.

• Engineering Excellence: Champion clean, maintainable code, comprehensive documentation, and a "test-first" mindset using automated testing and CI/CD best practices.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure technical roadmaps solve real customer needs.

• Technical Leadership: Lead by example through rigorous code reviews and design discussions, providing high-level mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements:

• Fintech Expertise: Strong background working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., Banking, Payments, or WealthTech).

• Cloud & Microservices: Proven experience with Cloud-Native Architectures, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems.

• Agile Mastery: Demonstrated experience in agile delivery teams utilizing modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Core Technical Stack Competencies

• Frontend/Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or Native (iOS/Android) expertise.

• Backend: Node.js, Go, or Python (Django/FastAPI).

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Database: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Fullstack development, including significant experience in Mobile App Development.
