Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales and business development initiatives, drive market expansion, and strengthen client relationships.
- The role involves identifying growth opportunities, executing strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable revenue and marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee company-wide sales and business development strategy, processes, and best practices.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and service development.
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and exceptional service delivery.
Develop and present compelling value propositions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to guide strategy and improve offerings.
Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, bids, and partnership agreements using business value analysis.
Achieve sales targets through structured selling approaches, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across sales and marketing campaigns to optimize performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on content development and campaign execution.
Engage clients post-sale to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B and/or B2C Sales and Marketing, preferably within FinTech or E-commerce.
Proven track record in business development, sales execution, and negotiation.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
Experience developing and executing integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and content development tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
