Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead business growth for a reputable leader in the pest control industry. In the B2B sector—spanning hospitality, food processing, and healthcare—pest control is not just a service; it is a critical compliance and safety requirement. Your mission is to identify high-value corporate opportunities, generate a robust lead pipeline, and seamlessly convert prospects into long-term paying clients.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally with an established network in the facility management or industrial sectors. If you have the "hunter" mindset to cold call, the sophistication to deliver technical presentations, and the grit to negotiate complex contracts, we want to leverage your expertise for immediate impact.
Requirements:
1. Lead Engineering & Market Intelligence
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and source new accounts through cold calling, professional networking, and social media outreach.
Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitor activities to identify "selling possibilities" and untapped niches.
Competitive Defense: Gather intel on competitor pricing and service gaps, suggesting strategies to attain a sustainable competitive advantage.
2. Technical Sales & Presentation
Value Communication: Effectively articulate the functionality, positioning, and competitive advantage of our specific pest control solutions (e.g., Integrated Pest Management).
Consultative Selling: Set up meetings with potential clients, actively listen to their pain points, and deliver tailored presentations that address their specific environmental and regulatory concerns.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand visibility and professional networks.
3. Negotiation & Relationship Management
Closing Mastery: Navigate objections and negotiate contract terms to close high-value deals while maintaining healthy margins.
Account Stewardship: Build and maintain an elite network of professional clients, ensuring high retention through frequent reviews and performance reporting.
Collaborative Reporting: Create regular sales and financial data reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making with management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales. Direct experience in the Pest Control, Facility Management, or Industrial Cleaning industries is highly desirable.
Network: Possession of an established industry presence or professional networks that can be leveraged for immediate impact.
