Job Description:

Gabs Financial Services is seeking a results-driven Marketer to spearhead our growth within the Business-to-Government (B2G) sector in Abuja. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a high-level relationship management position that requires a sophisticated understanding of financial markets and the ability to navigate complex government institutional frameworks.

Based in the heart of the Central Business District, you will be the face of our investment portfolio. Your mission is to build sustainable partnerships with government agencies, drive the adoption of our investment products, and lead financial literacy initiatives that position our firm as a thought leader in the FCT.

Requirements:

1. B2G Relationship Management

• Government Liaison: Strategically identify and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies and parastatals.

• Institutional Sales: Navigate the unique procurement and partnership cycles of the public sector to secure investment mandates.

• Advocacy & Presence: Represent Gabs Financial Services at high-level meetings and industry events within the Abuja CBD.

2. Investment Promotion & Financial Literacy

• Product Education: Promote our suite of investment products by clearly articulating value propositions, risk-adjusted returns, and long-term benefits.

• Literacy Workshops: Design and conduct financial literacy workshops for institutional staff, fostering trust and brand loyalty.

• Proposal Engineering: Prepare high-quality, data-driven investment proposals and market analyses tailored to the specific needs of government clients.

3. Strategic Analysis & Market Positioning

• Competitor Intelligence: Monitor trends in the Abuja financial market to refine our sales tactics and product positioning.

• Portfolio Analysis: Work closely with the technical team to provide clients with accurate financial projections and performance insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or its equivalent in any discipline (Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred).

• Experience: Proven track record in Investment Advisory or Financial Sales, with specific experience in the B2G space.

• Location: Must be available for full-time work in the Central Business District, Abuja.
