Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy Marketing Executive to serve as the engine of our brand growth. In this role, you aren't just a marketer; you are the bridge between our products and our customers. Your mission is to blend strategic market research with aggressive sales techniques to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sustainable revenue.
The ideal candidate possesses a "hunter" mindset for sales but utilizes the "architect" mindset for marketing. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle—from identifying untapped market segments and designing creative campaigns to negotiating contracts and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
1. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Segmentation: Identify high-potential customer personas and market segments through rigorous data analysis.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry shifts and competitor moves to pivot our value proposition effectively.
Campaign Design: Develop integrated marketing roadmaps that utilize both digital (Social Media, SEO, Email) and traditional channels.
2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Driving
Lead Engineering: Build a robust sales pipeline by converting marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into paying clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Master the art of the pitch to navigate contract negotiations and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Sales Velocity: Optimize the time it takes for a prospect to move from initial awareness to a signed deal.
3. Relationship Management & Analytics
Client Stewardship: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term retention.
ROI Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing spend and sales activities using data-driven reporting tools.
Strategic Reporting: Synthesize sales performance data into actionable insights for executive management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in a dual marketing and sales role (B2B or B2C experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
