Are you a natural persuader who knows how to move a "maybe" to a "yes"? We are looking for Smart and Persuasive Sales Closers to join our high-growth team. In this role, you won't just be "talking"—you will be converting. Your mission is to take warm leads and inquiries and turn them into paying customers through expert communication via Phone and WhatsApp.

This is a role for the self-driven. You must be confident enough to handle objections and hungry enough to chase daily and weekly targets. If you are a closer who lives for the "deal closed" notification and wants a high-commission structure that rewards your effort, we want you.

Requirements:

1. Lead Conversion & Pipeline Velocity

• Rapid Response: Follow up on incoming inquiries with speed and professionalism to keep leads "warm."

• The "WhatsApp" Close: Use persuasive text and voice notes to explain product value, build trust, and drive immediate action.

• Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and position our product as the ultimate solution.

2. Target Mastery & Persistence

• Daily Sprints: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly conversion targets to maximize your commission.

• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate "no's" and "I'll think about it" to bring customers back to the buying decision.

• CRM Management: Maintain basic tracking of lead status to ensure no potential customer falls through the cracks.

• Digital Savvy: High proficiency in WhatsApp for business—knowing how to use emojis, voice notes, and formatting to close deals.
