As the face of Rexobe Consult, your mission is to drive customer acquisition by promoting our services directly to the public. You will be trained to become a service expert, equipped with the tools to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers. Requirements:

1. Direct Client Acquisition & Conversion

• Field Promotion: Engage prospective clients directly within the Ipaja and Ayobo axis to promote company services.

• Lead Engineering: Identify potential customers, educate them on our unique value propositions, and guide them through the conversion process.

• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and courteous image while representing Rexobe Consult in the field.

2. Reporting & Digital Coordination

• Digital Reporting: Utilize your smartphone to submit daily and weekly activity logs and lead generation reports.

• Virtual Collaboration: Participate in weekly virtual meetings to align on strategies and share field insights.

• Onsite Synergy: Attend monthly physical meetings at the office for performance reviews and team-building.

3. Continuous Growth & Coaching

• Service Mastery: Participate in comprehensive training sessions to understand the full scope of Rexobe Consult’s offerings.

• Performance Excellence: Work with minimal supervision to meet and exceed set acquisition targets.

• Feedback Loop: Engage in continuous coaching sessions to refine your persuasive skills and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.

• Tech Requirement: Must possess a functional smartphone for communication and digital reporting.

• Location: Candidates residing around Ipaja, Ayobo, or nearby environs are preferred.
