PROCUREMENT OFFICER AT BEAMCO NIGERIA LIMITED

Our Board of Directors consists of Nigerian professionals with vast experience in a wide range of businesses, engineering fields and sectors. They lead a team of highly motivated, well trained, mostly Nigerian workforce, of over 300 in the various branches and divisions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Follow up on supplier registration and ensure completion of pre-qualification processes.
• Manage and track all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requests, including follow-up on payment processing.
• Coordinate Local Purchase Order (LPO) requests and maintain active follow-up with vendors to ensure timely supply
• Handle  supplies for warehouse stock items.
• Maintain organized filing of procurement and inventory documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Review and analyze supplier bids, ensuring alignment with project and budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

Education Background;

• B.Sc in Procurement  or related field supply chain role.

Years Of Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 yrs of experiences, preferably in oil and Gas related field.

IT Knowledge:

• Microsoft 365, Internet skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge  of procurement process
• Negotiation skills
• Vendor sourcing skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details.
