Job Description:

1. Supply Chain & Strategic Logistics

  • End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of goods: demand forecasting, sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, and final distribution.

  • Lead-Time Optimization: Establish vendor lead-time tracking to ensure delivery schedules align with the resort's high-occupancy periods and large-scale events.

  • Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify supply chain friction and implement solutions to streamline the flow of resources across the property.

2. Procurement & Vendor Excellence

  • Strategic Sourcing: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best balance of quality, price, and reliability.

  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal controls, budget policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.

  • Risk Management: Lead procurement planning to ensure an uninterrupted supply of goods during peak holiday seasons and major resort events.

3. Inventory Governance & Warehouse Management

  • Facility Oversight: Supervise the receipt, inspection, and organized storage of all goods, ensuring a safe and secure warehouse environment.

  • Stock Integrity: Implement rigorous reorder points to ensure zero stockouts for critical items while conducting monthly and surprise stock audits.

  • Waste Mitigation: Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory systems to drastically reduce wastage, spoilage, and expired stock.

4. SOP Development & Internal Collaboration

  • Process Architecture: Create, document, and implement CrownCity Resort’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire supply chain.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to anticipate their unique procurement needs and provide logistics support for special events.

  • Finance Support: Partner with the Finance department to provide accurate, timely reporting on stock balances, expenses, and supply chain KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Negotiation: Strong contract management and "win-win" negotiation skills.

  • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven decision-making ability with strong financial acumen.

  • Leadership: Ability to train and supervise storekeepers, clerks, and logistics assistants.

  • Integrity: An unwavering commitment to transparency and ethical sourcing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in supply chain/procurement, preferably in Hospitality, FMCG, or Manufacturing.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP/Inventory Management Systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Certifications: Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
