Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Procurement Coordinator to lead our end-to-end purchasing activities. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the right goods and services are sourced at the right price and delivered at the right time.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with 4 years of experience who understands that procurement is more than just buying; it is about risk mitigation, cost optimization, and stakeholder trust. If you have a track record of improving supplier performance and managing complex order workflows with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

1. Procurement Lifecycle & Operations

  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring every purchase request is fulfilled within budget and technical specifications.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead the supplier selection process by requesting and evaluating competitive quotations (RFQs) to ensure maximum value for the company.

  • Order Management: Raise purchase orders (POs) and aggressively track order status to eliminate delays and stock-outs.

2. Strategic Supplier & Stakeholder Relations

  • Vendor Stewardship: Liaise with suppliers to confirm critical lead times, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Internal Synergy: Partner with internal departments to anticipate procurement needs and prioritize urgent operational requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain a robust database of approved vendors and monitor their performance against contract terms.

3. Financial Control, Compliance & Reporting

  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost-saving initiatives through rigorous price comparisons and supplier negotiations.

  • Governance & Ethics: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to strict company policies and ethical standards to prevent fraud and non-compliance.

  • Data Intelligence: Track and report on key KPIs such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Supplier Accuracy, and Spend Variance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.

  • Technical IQ: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a significant advantage.
