Job Description:
Sun King is seeking a highly organized and technically inclined Store Executive to drive the operational excellence of our local distribution and service hub. In this role, you are the custodian of our solar products and the primary point of resolution for our customers.
Your mission is to manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle—from receiving warehouse shipments to executing basic technical repairs—ensuring that our store performance targets are met with surgical precision. You will act as a bridge between our warehouse, field energy officers, and walk-in customers. Requirements:
1. High-Precision Inventory Governance
Stock Stewardship: Receive, track, and manage inventory utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards to ensure product freshness and accuracy.
Audit Readiness: Maintain real-time Goods Received/Issued logs online and perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical stock takes.
Spare Parts Management: Oversee the specialized inventory of spare parts, ensuring re-order points are triggered to prevent service delays.
2. Technical Support & Repair Operations
Diagnostic Excellence: Receive faulty units from the field, perform technical checks to verify warranty eligibility, and identify root causes.
Basic Maintenance: Conduct basic repairs on in-warranty returns and manage the custody of specialized toolkits.
Workbench Safety: Maintain a high standard of neatness and safety at the repair workbench, adhering to hazard prevention protocols.
3. Customer Experience & Reporting
Service Hub Leadership: Welcome walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on product use and coordinating with the Call Center to resolve complex queries.
Stakeholder Insights: Prepare daily on-hand stock reports and replenishment requests to ensure the sales team is always equipped to meet demand.
Field Coordination: Act as a critical support pillar for Energy Officers, ensuring their replacement and replenishment needs are met instantly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in a retail, warehouse, or technical service role.
Technical IQ: High computer literacy, specifically in MS Excel for stock tracking and reporting. Familiarity with Sun King products is a major advantage.
