Job Description:

We are looking for a young, smart, and innovative Office Administrator to join our team at our Ojodu-Berger office. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly, our communication is professional, and our students receive exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily clerical tasks, organize office records, and ensure a methodical approach to task completion.
  • Information Sourcing: Proactively browse the internet to gather data, research university updates, and stay informed on international travel requirements.
  • Communication: Craft and customize written and verbal communications for students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Workflow Management: Utilize software tools and technology to streamline office processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for students, providing a professional and supportive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Keep colleagues informed of progress, share responsibilities, and contribute to a transparent team environment.

Requirements:

  • Location: Candidates must reside within Ojodu-Berger or the immediate environs.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using modern software tools and proficient in internet research.
  • Communication: Excellent speaking and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to ownership and personal objectives.
  • Adaptability: Flexible enough to adjust plans as priorities shift in a fast-paced education consultancy environment.

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
