Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing, well-groomed, and commercially savvy Wellness Center Manager & Sales Lead to oversee the guest experience and drive revenue growth at our center. This multi-functional role is the heartbeat of our facility, requiring a professional who can transition seamlessly from greeting high-profile guests to executing aggressive field sales and managing complex administrative operations. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation and online conversion to on-site service delivery and financial reporting. Requirements:
1. Elite Customer Experience & Journey Management
Concierge Excellence: Provide a world-class welcome, educating guests on our specialized products and holistic therapies to ensure a premium experience from entry to exit.
Appointment Orchestration: Masterfully schedule treatments and therapies, coordinating with Doctors and Therapists to ensure zero overlaps and maximum facility utilization.
Resolution Management: Address customer queries and complaints with high emotional intelligence, escalating medical or technical concerns to the clinical team when necessary.
2. Omnichannel Sales & Business Development
Sales Conversion: Manage all digital inquiries (WhatsApp, Email, Social Media), mastering the art of converting "chat leads" into high-value clients.
Field Engagement: Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and through field visits to identify and pitch to new corporate and individual leads.
Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets through cold calling, aggressive upselling, and maintaining a robust CRM database of client preferences and history.
Invoicing & POS: Manage the front-desk billing system, ensuring accurate invoicing for all products and wellness services.
3. Operational Leadership & Administration
Facility Stewardship: Oversee the daily cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the center, managing external vendors for repairs and facility upgrades.
Reporting & Finance: Manage POS systems, perform end-of-day reconciliations with the finance department, and prepare data-driven daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Project Support: Supervise administrative functions, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in the execution of on-site and off-site wellness events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: 5–7 years of experience in sales, front-office management, or a multi-functional operations role.
Industry Niche: Preferred experience in the Wellness, Hospitality, or Lifestyle sectors.
Technical & Professional Skills
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing, professional personality.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern Billing/POS software.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle cold calling, pitch presentations, and sales closing.
Adaptability: Strong troubleshooting skills with a "progressive" attitude toward solving operational challenges.
