Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of our products from receipt to dispatch. In this role, you will be the guardian of our stock integrity, ensuring that system records match physical counts and that logistics processes are optimized for order fulfillment. You will bridge the gap between production, sales, and quality teams to ensure that our customers receive the right products at the right time. Requirements:

1. Stock Management & System Integrity

• Digital & Physical Tracking: Maintain real-time inventory records on the company ERP/Sales Application and hardcopy ledgers; reconcile any discrepancies immediately.

• Audit Leadership: Coordinate periodic material audits in partnership with the Quality and Production teams to ensure 100% stock accuracy.

• Receiving & Inspection: Oversee the intake of new material stock, ensuring items are inspected for quality and recorded accurately against purchase orders.

2. Sales Coordination & Logistics

• Order Fulfillment: Generate sales invoices via the company application and double-check outgoing products against invoices to guarantee zero-error packaging.

• Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with the sales team to manage the supply chain and logistics process, ensuring products move efficiently from the storeroom to the end client.

• Manufacturing Alignment: Assist in manufacturing planning based on current stock levels and forecasted order fulfillment needs.

3. Reporting & Compliance

• Performance Analytics: Provide routine reports on fulfillment rates, order accuracy, and material turnover to management.

• SOP & Safety: Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all storeroom activities strictly follow safety protocols and organizational standards.

• Returns Tracking: Collate periodic sales data and maintain a rigorous tracking system for product returns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic Background: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven Tenure: 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations (Retail or Supermarket environment experience is highly preferred).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or Inventory Management software.

• Analytical Accuracy: High attention to detail with strong data entry and reporting skills.

• Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage multiple supply streams while maintaining a clean and safe storeroom environment.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across the Sales, Production, and Quality departments.
