Job Description:

We are looking for an expert Subject Teacher who is passionate about their discipline and committed to student mastery. You will take full ownership of your subject's curriculum—from planning innovative lessons and creating rigorous assessment banks to providing personalized support for diverse learners. Requirements:

1. Instructional Design & Classroom Delivery

• Strategic Planning: Develop structured lesson plans that align with national educational standards while incorporating innovative teaching materials.

2. Assessment, Evaluation & Feedback

• Rigorous Assessment: Design and administer diverse assessment tools to accurately measure student understanding and progress.

• Question Bank Management: Curate and submit comprehensive question banks on schedule to facilitate standardized testing and internal reviews.

• Actionable Feedback: Provide students with detailed, constructive feedback that identifies specific areas for growth while celebrating academic milestones.

3. Classroom Leadership & Professional Growth

• Environment Management: Establish a positive, respectful, and structured classroom culture using effective management strategies to mitigate behavioral issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic & Technical Background

• Education: Minimum of an HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Education or the specific subject area (e.g., B.Sc. Mathematics, B.A. English).

• Subject Mastery: Deep knowledge of the specific academic discipline and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
