Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and nurturing Female Nursery School Teacher to join our academic team. In this role, you will be the architect of our youngest learners' first educational experiences. Your mission is to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. The ideal candidate understands the unique developmental needs of nursery-age children and can balance structured academic lessons with creative play and emotional support.

Requirements:

1. Curriculum Delivery & Creative Instruction

• Foundational Learning: Implement a holistic curriculum that introduces basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills through age-appropriate activities.

• Creative Lesson Planning: Design and execute engaging lesson plans that include storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and sensory play to stimulate cognitive development.

• Individualized Attention: Observe and assess each child’s progress, tailoring teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and developmental paces.

2. Classroom Management & Child Welfare

• Safe Environment: Maintain a high standard of classroom safety and hygiene, ensuring all equipment and play areas are secure for young learners.

• Behavioral Guidance: Use positive reinforcement and patient redirection to manage classroom behavior and foster a culture of kindness and sharing.

• Routine Management: Coordinate daily routines, including snack times, rest periods, and transition activities, to provide a sense of stability for the children.

3. Parent Engagement & Collaboration

• Progress Reporting: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's academic milestones, social behavior, and physical well-being.

• Team Synergy: Collaborate with teaching assistants and school management to plan school events, open days, and extracurricular activities.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in teacher training workshops and stay updated on the latest trends in Early Childhood Education (ECE).

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic: NCE, B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.

• Tenure: Proven experience working in a nursery or preschool setting.

• Gender: Female (as per school specific requirement).

Core Competencies

• Patience & Empathy: A naturally calm and caring demeanor with a genuine passion for nurturing young children.

• Creative Flair: Strong skills in arts, crafts, and storytelling to make learning fun and interactive.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.

• Observational Skills: Ability to spot developmental delays or behavioral changes early.
