Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and specialized Subject Matter Educator to inspire our students and elevate our academic standards. Requirements:

1. Instructional Design & Classroom Delivery

• Curriculum Craftsmanship: Develop well-structured lesson plans that align with global standards, integrating innovative teaching materials to support diverse learning styles.

• Dynamic Pedagogy: Deliver lessons that move beyond rote learning, utilizing educational technology and active-learning strategies to make the subject relevant to real-world applications.

• Environment Mastery: Establish a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that minimizes behavioral friction and maximizes student participation.

2. Assessment, Evaluation & Data Integrity

• Strategic Assessment: Design and administer diverse assessment tools to accurately measure student understanding and progress.

• Feedback Loop: Provide high-quality, constructive feedback to students and parents, clearly identifying growth areas and celebrating academic milestones.

• Administrative Discipline: Adhere strictly to the academic calendar, ensuring the timely submission of question banks, grading rubrics, and progress reports.

3. Collaboration & Professional Growth

• Cross-Disciplinary Synergy: Collaborate with colleagues to create "connected learning" opportunities that bridge different subjects.

• Continuous Improvement: Engage in regular self-reflection and peer-review sessions, actively participating in professional development to stay ahead of pedagogical trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic: HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject area or Education.

• Experience: Proven experience in a classroom setting with a track record of improving student learning outcomes.

• Technical: Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
