Job Description:

• One of the leading real estate companies in Port Harcourt is seeking an experienced and target-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and drive our marketing operations, revenue growth, and brand expansion.

Role Summary

• As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing department by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
• You will manage the marketing team, collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Brand teams, and ensure all marketing activities align with company standards, policies, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the marketing team to meet KPIs
• Increase brand awareness by at least 20% within 6 months
• Coordinate marketing plans and budgets with Sales, Business Development, and Brand teams
• Contribute to digital marketing channels (website, social media, campaigns, promotions)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
•  Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and corporate branding
• Track marketing performance, ROI, and prepare reports for management
• Drive lead generation, site inspections, presentations, follow-ups, and sales closures
• Support recruitment and training of marketers, sales associates, CAs, and BAs
• Handle customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Build partnerships with media, stakeholders, and external collaborators

Requirements:

• Strong track record of sales and marketing results
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking abilities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Marketing
• Background in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance is mandatory
