Job Description:
Expedier is seeking a high-caliber, dynamic Marketing Manager to architect the next phase of our brand’s evolution. This role is a strategic leadership position designed for a "full-stack" marketer who balances a high-level visionary outlook with the technical grit required for hands-on execution.
With 7+ years of progressive experience, you will lead a "small but mighty" team to elevate the Expedier brand, generate a robust sales pipeline, and accelerate customer acquisition in the fintech space. You will act as a bridge between Product, Sales, and Executive leadership, ensuring our B2B2C marketing engine drives sustainable revenue and market authority.
Requirements:
1. B2B2C Integrated Strategy & Leadership
Strategic Architecture: Develop and manage the comprehensive annual marketing plan, ensuring every campaign aligns with company-wide revenue and expansion goals.
Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and innovation.
Fiscal Stewardship: Own the marketing budget, ensuring surgical precision in resource allocation to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
2. Demand Generation & Lead Lifecycle Management
Pipeline Engineering: Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to funnel qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Automation Mastery: Oversee the marketing automation stack (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo) to refine lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
Sales Synergy: Partner closely with the Sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates, ensuring a seamless hand-off from marketing to revenue.
3. Brand Authority & Digital Ecosystem
Thought Leadership: Position Expedier as a premier authority in the fintech space through a sophisticated content roadmap (Whitepapers, Webinars, Case Studies).
Digital Growth: Drive the strategy for SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn), utilizing Google Analytics to monitor user behavior and conversion efficacy.
Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous competitor and trend analysis to pivot strategies in response to the dynamic fintech regulatory and technological landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience: 8+ years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within Fintech or high-growth tech.
Technical Stack: Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce (CRM), and Google Analytics.
