PC Place is a Nigerian retailer specializing in computers, electronics, and accessories, with both an online store and physical locations. The company's head office is located in Ikeja, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages)
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly manner
- Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain visitor records and office logs
- Support administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of First degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Salary
