Job Description:
We are seeking a polished, articulate, and patient-centered Front Desk Officer to join our team in Ajah. This role is the "face" of our facility, responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and professional first impression for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
This position is ideal for a confident communicator who excels at client-care etiquette and can balance administrative tasks with simple content creation. Requirements:
1. Client Experience & Patient Etiquette
First Impressions: Greet and onboard patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their journey starts with comfort and clarity.
Inquiry Management: Handle phone calls and walk-in inquiries with high fluency in English, providing accurate information and directing clients appropriately.
Patient Advocacy: Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical/administrative teams to ensure all needs are met promptly.
2. Administrative Rigor & Content Creation
Scheduling & Records: Manage the daily appointment diary and maintain accurate patient/client records with high attention to detail.
Creative Contribution: Develop simple, engaging content for internal notices or social updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
Shift Operations: Coordinate seamless handovers during shift changes to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
3. Operational Professionalism
Articulation & Writing: Draft professional emails, memos, and reports that reflect the facility’s high standards of excellence.
Conflict Resolution: Manage client concerns with patience and a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining a calm environment at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a high-touch Customer Service role.
Location: Candidates must reside in Ajah, Lagos, to ensure easy commuting for shift rotations.
Core Competencies
Fluency: Must be exceptionally fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to express complex ideas articulately.
Etiquette: High level of patient-friendly demeanor and refined client-care manners.
Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings as required.
Digital Literacy: Ability to use basic office software and create simple, professional digital content.
