Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned HR & Admin Manager to lead the dual-core functions of Human Resources and Business Administration. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for architecting a world-class employee experience while ensuring the operational "engine" of the organization runs with clinical efficiency.
As a strategic partner to management, you will oversee the entire talent lifecycle—from high-stakes recruitment to performance governance—while simultaneously managing office assets, facilities, and vendor relationships. Requirements:
1. Talent Architecture & Performance Governance
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract elite talent and manage the end-to-end hiring funnel.
Productivity Engine: Coordinate the performance appraisal process, supporting managers in cascading KPIs and identifying critical training gaps.
Onboarding & Induction: Lead employee orientation programs to ensure cultural alignment and rapid integration of new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Total Rewards
Culture Stewardship: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution and grievance procedures with high emotional intelligence.
Compensation Integrity: Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration (health insurance, pensions) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Engagement & Welfare: Design initiatives that foster a positive work culture and improve employee net promoter scores (eNPS).
3. HR Policy, Compliance & Legal Stewardship
Regulatory Oversight: Review and update HR policies to ensure absolute compliance with Nigerian labor laws and international best practices.
Data Stewardship: Maintain the HR database and corporate records with the highest levels of confidentiality and audit-readiness.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare HR metrics and administrative dashboards to provide management with data-driven workforce insights.
4. Office Administration & Asset Management
Operational Flow: Oversee daily office operations, managing facilities, repairs, and corporate assets to ensure a frictionless work environment.
Vendor & Supply Management: Direct relationships with service providers and manage the procurement of office supplies and utilities.
Staff Supervision: Lead the administrative support team (Reception, Office Assistants, Drivers) to ensure high service standards across the board.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in HR and Administrative management.
Certification: Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and proficiency in HRIS/HR Software and Microsoft Office tools.
