Interface Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Operations (permitting/readiness), Construction (equipment support), and Labor (skill-set assignment) to ensure seamless execution.
Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve complex scheduling issues, including negative float, out-of-sequence updates, and resource overloads.
3. Turnaround (TA) & Complex Event Leadership
Major Events: Partner with the Core Team to develop cost estimates and resource plans for major Turnarounds, identifying and monitoring critical and sub-critical paths.
Field Leadership: Educate execution personnel on look-ahead schedules and steward the progression of work to ensure milestones are met.
Contingency Management: Assess work contingencies and lead coordination efforts between teams to mitigate schedule impacts should unplanned events arise.
4. Controls & Stewardship
Business Practices: Ensure all activities align with organizational business controls and contracting strategies.
Change Management: Plan, estimate, and track Field Order Changes (FCOs), ensuring all scope changes are documented and reflected in the master schedule.
Safety Culture: Demonstrate and enforce that SAFETY is the top priority in every plan and meeting.
