Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Engineering Sales Lead to spearhead our engineering sales function. You will serve as the bridge between technical expertise and commercial growth, leading a high-performing team to drive revenue through service contracts, spare parts, maintenance kits, and capital equipment sales. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who thrives on building strong technical pipelines and fostering alignment between sales objectives and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical sales engineers and field service engineers, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Revenue Ownership: Own the entire sales lifecycle—from pipeline development and accurate forecasting to deal execution—across all service and equipment segments.

• Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with service delivery teams to ensure that what we sell is technically viable, operationally feasible, and consistently delivers value to our clients.

• Market Expansion: Identify new revenue streams and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets or expand share within existing accounts.

• Performance Reporting: Provide transparent, data-driven reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to the National Sales Lead.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience, with significant, demonstrable exposure to technical sales and engineering services.
