Job Description:

• Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination across its Lagos and Ibadan operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock management, seamless distribution processes, and cost-effective logistics operations that support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse management processes across locations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while preventing shortages or overstocking.
• Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize logistics routes and processes to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements relating to inventory and logistics.
• Prepare inventory and logistics performance reports for management review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and supply chain processes.
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage processes and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in inventory management and logistics operations.
