Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, leave management and attendance tracking.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, fling, and document management.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of Proven experience as a HR/ administrative assistant.
Salary
