We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hospitality Sales Executive to join our team.
  • He/she will have a strong background in sales and be passionate about driving client patronage and maximizing profit for short-let apartments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Bookings and Reservations:
  • Efficiently handle bookings and reservations for short-let apartments.
  • Optimize occupancy rates and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Guest Relations and Issue Resolution
  • Address guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand our network.
  • Develop effective strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and continuous business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Uphold a consistently high standard of customer service in line with company operating procedures.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Business Opportunities Solicitation
  • Actively solicit new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and participation in public relations events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Sales Executive.
  • Hands-on experience in customer service and sales.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and evolving client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and find effective solutions.
