Job Description:
We are seeking a charismatic and professional Guest Relation Officer to serve as the heartbeat of our guest experience in Eleko. In this role, you are more than a receptionist; you are a "Stay Experience Architect," responsible for ensuring that every guest—from first-time visitors to VIPs—enjoys a seamless, memorable, and personalized stay.
The ideal candidate possesses a "service-first" heart and the administrative discipline to manage complex requests in a fast-paced resort environment. Requirements:
1. Front-of-House Excellence & VIP Management
The First Impression: Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professional grace, setting the tone for their entire stay.
Personalized Coordination: Organize and execute special guest requests, including birthdays, anniversaries, and bespoke VIP arrangements.
Resort Knowledge: Act as a resident expert, providing detailed information on resort amenities, local Eleko attractions, and specialized activities.
2. Conflict Resolution & Service Recovery
Primary Contact: Serve as the central point of contact for all guest concerns, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Proactive Recovery: Handle complaints promptly, using professional judgment to resolve issues on the spot and ensure guest satisfaction.
Quality Follow-up: Conduct "Pulse Checks" by following up with guests during their stay to anticipate needs before they become requests.
3. Operational Synergy & Reporting
Cross-Departmental Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and services meet our "Gold Standard."
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate guest profiles, preference logs, and feedback reports to help the management team improve service delivery.
Shift Leadership: Navigate a fast-paced environment across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a pristine professional appearance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required (hospitality or luxury retail experience is highly preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
Disposition: A professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
