Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In the cosmetics industry, the customer experience is as important as the product itself. Your mission is to be the primary voice of our brand, ensuring every inquiry, order, and concern is handled with the highest level of professionalism and grace.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can navigate multi-channel communication (phone, social media, and in-person) while maintaining the composure and empathy required to turn a complaint into a loyal customer relationship. Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Engagement & Brand Advocacy
Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries across phone, email, and social media, providing expert information on our diverse product range.
Positive Persona: Maintain an empathetic and professional attitude at all times, ensuring every interaction enhances the brand's reputation.
Follow-up Excellence: Proactively track pending issues and closed cases to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Conflict Resolution & Service Recovery
Complaint Stewardship: Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, identifying the root cause and providing timely, effective resolutions.
Order Logistics: Efficiently process customer orders, manage returns, and coordinate exchanges, ensuring the operational side of the service is seamless.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Operations teams to troubleshoot systemic service challenges and improve the overall guest journey.
3. Data Management & Operational Integrity
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and logs to ensure the history of every interaction is preserved.
Feedback Loop: Collect and report customer feedback to management to help refine product offerings and service delivery protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field. Experience in the beauty or FMCG sector is a plus.
Gender Preference: For gender balance within our current team structure, a female candidate is preferred.
Core Competencies
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms (e.g., professional emails vs. friendly social media comments).
Patience & Resilience: The ability to remain calm and focused when dealing with difficult customers or high-volume periods.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with social media management tools.
