Job Description:
- The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through prompt response, issue resolution, and professional engagement.
- The role requires strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a polished and presentable appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, email, and digital platforms) promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate effective communication—clear, articulate, and courteous responses at all times.
- Practice active listening to fully understand customer needs and concerns before responding.
- Apply strong problem-solving ability to resolve complaints and escalate appropriately when required.
- Maintain patience and emotional control, especially in high-pressure or difficult customer situations.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism in conduct, appearance, and communication.
- Manage and de-escalate complaints using sound conflict resolution techniques.
- Maintain thorough product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Ensure efficient time management to handle multiple customers and tasks effectively.
- Promote a positive attitude that enhances customer satisfaction and brand perception.
- Maintain a smart, well-groomed, and presentable appearance consistent with company standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in customer service or front desk role
Salary
