Job Description:
- We are seeking a professional Customer Care Representative to manage client interactions, support administrative operations, and represent the organization with confidence and clarity.
- The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, accurate information, and efficient resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve complaints efficiently and diplomatically.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
Update CRM systems and track all customer interactions.
Prepare reports and summaries of customer activity.
Support scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and administrative processes.
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
