Job Description:
- We are seeking a versatile, proactive Customer Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering technical assistance, conducting in-person training, and identifying new business opportunities to help grow our web solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Support: Provide exceptional support via email, chat, and online portals.
In-Person Training: Travel to client sites to deliver live demonstrations and onboard users on our web platform.
Business Development: Identify and qualify leads to expand our client base.
Office & Data Management: Maintain organized records, track support metrics, and manage lead pipelines using Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field.
Experience in software support and ability to quickly learn new web technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
Strong office management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with natural business development instincts.
