Job Description:

• Responsible for managing the company’s interactions with government agencies and ensuring compliance with all relevant telecom, ICT, and infrastructure regulations.
• The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, securing permits and approvals for fibre network projects, advising management on policy impacts, mitigating regulatory risks, and fostering positive relationships with regulators, ministries, and industry bodies.

• Support for project approvals and infrastructure rollout

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
• Experience in regulatory affairs or government relations (telecom experience preferred)
