Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, visionary, and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the operational architect of our mission. As a key executive leader, you will provide the strategic oversight necessary to translate our long-term vision into daily operational excellence. This role is unique; it requires a blend of high-level financial acumen and a deep, intuitive understanding of the values and cultural nuances of a faith-based organization. You will be responsible for organizational health, fostering an environment of innovation, and ensuring that all administrative functions—from finance to human capital—work in harmony to maximize value for our stakeholders and the community we serve.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Vision & Growth Architecture

3. Financial Stewardship & Performance
Business Savvy: Leverage deep financial acumen to analyze market trends, financial statements, and competitive landscapes to ensure long-term sustainability.
Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate resources to support business development and organizational growth without compromising ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Executive Experience
Tenure: 10–15 years of significant leadership experience, with a proven track record in senior or executive management roles.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated success in strategic planning, corporate governance, and business development.
Faith-Based Context: A deep, lived understanding of the operational and cultural dynamics of a Faith-Based Organization is essential.
