Job Description:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic documents, reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
