Job Description:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Manage calls, messages, and inquiries — ensuring prompt and polite responses.
- Support HR and administrative functions including scheduling, record management, and logistics.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
- Assist in marketing company services and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field with 1-2 years experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good phone/email etiquette.
- A friendly and professional appearance.
- Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Salary
