Job Description:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
  • Manage calls, messages, and inquiries — ensuring prompt and polite responses.
  • Support HR and administrative functions including scheduling, record management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
  • Assist in marketing company services and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field with 1-2 years experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good phone/email etiquette.
  • A friendly and professional appearance.
  • Marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

N100,000 / Month.
