Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who builds fast, smart, and responsibly. This role is not just about writing Dart; it’s about translating product intent into high-performance mobile infrastructure using an AI-augmented workflow. You are a "Vibe Coder" who knows how to use tools like Cursor and Claude to bypass the boilerplate and focus on architecture, security, and the polished "feel" of a world-class consumer and merchant experience. You will own the mobile lifecycle—from KYC and wallet flows to merchant checkouts—ensuring our apps are secure, tested, and reliable.

Requirements:

1. High-Velocity Flutter Engineering

• Cross-Platform Excellence: Build and maintain polished Android and iOS experiences using Flutter, focusing on 60fps performance and native-feel UX.

• State & Architecture: Implement and enforce robust architecture patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, or Clean Architecture) to keep our codebase scalable and maintainable as we grow.

• Flow Ownership: Lead the development of critical Fintech modules: Biometric Onboarding, KYC integration, Wallet management, and QR-based merchant checkouts.

2. AI-Native Development Workflow

• Vibe Coding: Use Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate feature delivery, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining strict oversight of code correctness.

• Prompt Engineering: Demonstrate mastery in writing prompts for debugging complex race conditions, generating unit/widget tests, and creating technical specs from product briefs.

• Hallucination Policing: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper—responsibly verifying AI outputs, spotting hallucinations, and enforcing type safety and performance benchmarks.

3. Security, Fintech & Release Discipline

• Data Integrity: Implement secure local storage, encryption, and best practices for handling sensitive financial data and token management.

• API & Transaction Logic: Collaborate with backend teams (Node.js/NestJS) to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, handling complex pagination, caching, and error states.

• CI/CD & Monitoring: Own the release pipeline (Codemagic/Fastlane) and use Sentry/Crashlytics to monitor and hotfix production issues with urgency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Background

• Experience: 3+ years in production mobile development; 2+ years specifically with Flutter.

• Fundamentals: Mastery of Dart, asynchronous programming, and the Flutter widget lifecycle.

• Fintech Savvy (Nice to Have): Experience with payments, wallets, remittances, or crypto products.

• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Mindset & Workflow

• AI-Fluent: You must have a defined workflow for using AI to solve engineering problems.

• Ownership: You move fast, work independently, and treat the product as if it were your own.

• Architecture-First: You understand that "fast" only works if the foundation is "smart."
