We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Finance Controller will lead financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, treasury management, and strategic advisory functions while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Ensure regulatory, tax & IFRS compliance
• Manage treasury, cash flow & working capital
• Supervise and develop finance team members
• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• ICAN / ACCA (Mandatory)
• 7 - 10+ years progressive finance experience
• 3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong IFRS & financial controls expertise
• Advanced Excel & financial systems proficiency.
• Preferred Industry Exposure: Manufacturing | FMCG | Financial Services | Hospitality | Consulting | Wine & Spirits | Oil & Gas.
