Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Head of Revenue to serve as the chief commercial architect of our brand. Based in the heart of the Lagos luxury ecosystem, this role is designed for a "Growth Engineer"—someone who can translate high-end brand value into sustainable revenue across retail, digital, and corporate channels.
Your mission is to own the top-line growth of the company. You will be responsible for securing high-value corporate gifting contracts, architecting strategic B2B partnerships, and leading a high-performance sales team. If you have a "closer" instinct for bulk orders and the analytical depth to engineer promotional bundling strategies that drive margin, we want you to lead our revenue engine.
Requirements:
1. B2B Expansion & Corporate Gifting
Contract Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure high-volume corporate gifting contracts and bulk orders from Lagos’s leading corporate entities.
Luxury Partnerships: Build and nurture a network of strategic alliances within the luxury and lifestyle ecosystem to enhance brand visibility and sales reach.
B2B Strategy: Develop a structured approach to business-to-business sales, moving from lead generation to long-term account management.
2. Revenue Engineering & Sales Operations
Strategy Execution: Develop and execute the annual revenue roadmap, ensuring all sales activities align with long-term business sustainability.
Commercial Modeling: Design promotional pricing, seasonal bundling strategies, and volume discounts that maximize revenue without eroding brand equity.
Target Governance: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and implement rigorous monitoring systems to ensure they are met or exceeded.
3. Leadership & Performance Analytics
Team Stewardship: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Sales Associates, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Data Intelligence: Produce detailed monthly revenue performance reports, utilizing data to identify market trends and pivot strategies where necessary.
Negotiation Mastery: Act as the lead negotiator for high-stakes partnerships and multi-million naira contracts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in revenue growth, business development, or high-end retail management.
Track Record: Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in securing bulk contracts or corporate accounts.
Core Competencies
Negotiation: Expert ability to close high-value deals and manage complex partnership terms.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond daily sales to build long-term revenue pipelines.
Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales force.
